First sighting of the Helicopter bringing President Bush To Greensburg Kansas on Sunday, 5/4/2008.

This security chopper circled around town doing an electronic security sweep before the motorcade arrived.

5/4/2008 President Bush arrives at the East edge of Greensburg Kansas.

on one of it's runs down the road of honor before the Presidents motor cade arrived.

Everyone waits downtown for the arrival of the motorcade with President Bush.

The Patriots have the motorcade route lined with flags on both sides.

The highspeed motorcade arrives and proceeds down the Patriots road of honor.

The Patriots Motorcycle Club formed the flag bearing salute as the President zooms by.

The Last motorcade vehicle zooms by.

Busses bring graduating students and others to the new Greensburg School, lots of security and news media.

There were satelite news trucks all over town.

There were other large gatherings around town in memorial to the tornado victims one year ago today.

The new High School was well secured from anyone but graduates and family.

The only convience store in Greensburg was a mad house all day, roasted brats were a bargain at $1.50.

Kansas Farm Bureau has one of the few new business buildings in Greensburg.

I walked through Greensburg today and took these pictures. The Trees are beginning to sprout leaves again. I
was through here two weeks ago and there were hardly any leaves then.
