My wife and I have been members of Farm Bureau for many years. We had our health insurance with Blue Cross through a Farm Bureau membership program. We believed Farm Bureaus promises on their web page that they treated every client as if they were their only one. We felt safe with their insurance policy. During our claim process we kept believing that Farm Bureau would treat us fair. We now realize we were naive and gullible, and the only thing, in my opinion, that Farm Bureau considered, was making more money. We were small business owners with our home paid for and enough savings to begin retirement. It took all our retirement savings to recover from the fire. Charles Kruse and Farm Bureau insurance failed us. We are back at work, and we will recover our losses ourselves. However, until Farm Bureau pays what it owes us, and ceases it's unfair claims practices I will devote my life to expose them to the public for the cheats they show themselves to be by denying so many claims only to settle on the courthouse steps for a fraction of the original claim, and maybe save others from having to suffer at the hands of Farm Bureau as we have.
