At this site click on litigant search type in Farm Bureau, or Farm bureau Insurance, or Farm Bureau Town and Country, in the last name field. Here you can determine the number, status, and type of lawsuits Farm Bureau has against its policyholders and vice-versa. I found many were delayed then dismissed, probably settled for much less than owed. The amounts and terms of dismissal are always sealed. (Many of these suits are are on this website on the other Farm Bureau lawsuits page.)
www.insurance.mo.gov Missouri Dept. of Insurance. All you can do here is waste your time, they are in the pockets of Insurance companies, especially Farm Bureau.

See if you can find any indication that Farm Bureau would use the tactics they used against us. Don't forget to click on insurance claims and claims philosophy. You might click on about us and board of directors, and e-mail the president for assurance they would not handle any claim you may have the way they handled the Gash claim. We suggest that to be fair You might also give him the opportunity to explain Farm bureaus side of the claim.
