FULL AND COMPLETE RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Maurice L. Gash individually and as trustee of the Maurice L. Gash Revocable Trust; and Nancy L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Nancy L. Gash Revocable Trust in consideration of One Hundred and Twenty-Five thousand ($125,OOO), in hand paid by or on behalf of Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Company of Missouri (Farm Bureau), and other good and valuable consideration receipt whereof is, hereby acknowledged, have released. acquitted and discharged, and by these presents do release, aquit and forever discharge, said Farm Bureau, and any and all other firms corporations, subsidiaries or companies associated with Farm Bureau as well as any and all servants agents employees, attorneys and/or representatives of Farm .Bureau, of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands and damages, whether or not now known or contemplated, of what ever name or nature, in any manner arisen, arising, or to arise under Farm Bureau policy number PRO 0244006, as a result of a claimed fire loss to the property located at 11894 Old 40 Highway, Odessa, Missouri 64076-5284 which allegedly occurred 0n July 9, 2003, including all claims and causes of action set forth in the lawsuit styled Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Co. of Missouri v. Maurice L. Gash, Case Number 06L'F-CV0131 0, In the Circuit Court of Lafayette County.
To secure this settlement and the payment of said sums the undersigned hereby declares that they are of legal age, rely upon their own judgment, belief and knowledge of the nature, extent and duration of damages and losses sustained by them, or which may hereafter result from said claimed occurrencet and all other damages and losses, and that no representations or statements about them, made by the representatives of any party. hereby relensed, have influenced th.em in making or induced them to make, this settlement and execute this Full and Complete Release of All Claims under insurance policy number PRO 0244006, and otherwise.
It is understood, acknowledged and agreed that the aforesaid payment is in full satisfaction, extinguishment and bar of any and all claims and causes of action Maurice L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Maurice L. Gash Revocable Trust; and Nancy L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Nancy L. Gash Revocable Trust may have against Farm Bureau under insurance policy .number PRO 0244006 including, but not limited to, claims and causes of action for insurance coverage, mortgagee claims. liens, lienholder claims, interest. libel, slander, defamation, bad faith damages and. pennalties, attomey's fees and vexatious refusal to pay .penalties, and any and all other possible legal and/or equitable remedies Maur'ice L Gash, indivjdually and as trustee of the Maurice L. Gash Revocable Trust; and Nancy L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Nancy L Gash Revocable Trust have or may have, and that all agreements and understandings of the parties are fully and completely expressed herein.
It is understood, acknowledged and agreed that said payment is made in consequence of a claim for damages and losses having been asserted by Maurice L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Maurice L. Gash RevocabJe T.rust; and Nancy L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Nancy L. Gash Revocable Trust and in compromise of disputed claims for the said property and all other damages and losses above described and referred to, and Maurice L. Gash, individually and as trustee of the Maurice L. Gash Revocable Trust; and Nancy L. Gash. individually and as trustee of the Nancy L. Gash Revocable Trust hereby fully and completely release farm bureau and all others referred to herin from any and all caims as aforementioned and otherwise. The undersigned has thoroughly read and understood this FULL AND COMPLETE RELEASE OF ALL CAIMS and fully agree to its terms.   ( not signed )

We the undersigned Maurice L Gash and Nancy L Gash acting on behalf of our respective trust and individually hereby release Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance of Missouri from all claims and relief requested in Counts 1 and 11 of the Petition for Breach of Contract filed herein and the counter-claim for Breach of Contract we filed in the orignal action styled Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance of Missouri v. Maurice L Gash, Case 04LF-CV00734 filed in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Missouri in exchange for Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance of Missouri's payment of $125,000.00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.  Maurice L Gash    Nancy L Gash  2/14/2007
