THE WEBSITE NAME, HOW IT CAME ABOUT

The name for this website (farmbureaulies.com) originated from Missouri Farm Bureaus own website at the claims philosophy page wherein they state:

a) That they will Approach every claim as an opportunity to treat the insured as if their claim is the only one they have, realizing that if they don't take care of their customers someone else will gladly do so. (This is a lie)

b) Practicing integrity and honesty in the handling of each and every claim. (This is a lie)

c) Recognizing the obligation to pay all that is owed, being mindfull also of the obligation to all of their policyholders, to pay no more than is owed. (this is a lie)

d) Striving to be proactive in their claims handling in an attempt to bring a timely and efficient conclusion to all matters. (This is a lie)

e) Adhering to sound business practices and procedures that are widely accepted by the industry, but allowing their employees to exercise good judgment and common sense in those instances where to do so results in better service to their customers. (This is a lie)

f) Having Farm Bureau employees handling Farm Bureau claims whenever possible. (I don't believe they did this in my case)

(In my opinion, based on my experience with Farm Bureau and its representatives during this four year ordeal, my best judgement is that all six of these statements are lies as far as they relate to my claim. Thus the name farmbureaulies. I will begin adding more examples of what I believe are lies by Farm Bureau and It's employees.)

MORE LIES

1) Farm Bureau, through their area claims representative Eugene Parton, and their lawyer Robert Brady of the Brown and James law firm swore that Farm Bureau had no kind of training manuals. The truth is that Farm Bureau advertised on thier website's help wanted section during that same year for a person To write and oversee production of training manuals. I call this a calculated, blatant lie, but just typical for Farm Bureau.
